We honor comfort and stewardship in every product we offer. To protect our ministry and ensure sustainability:

⏳ Return Window

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.  

To be eligible, your item must be:

- Unworn and unused  

- In its original packaging  

- With tags and proof of purchase

To start a return, email us at admin@designlifestudio.com.  

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

💔 Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.  

If it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

- Phone cases  

- Seasonal items (e.g., holiday-themed products)  

- Sale items or gift cards  

- Custom or personalized items  

- Perishables, personal care goods, or hazardous materials

🔁 Exchanges

To exchange, return your item (if eligible) and place a new order once approved.

🇪🇺 EU Customers

If your order ships to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days, no justification needed.  

Item must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.  

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
